Pool & Garden Maintenance Notice

To ensure everything remains in perfect condition during your stay, please note the following:

• Every Wednesday between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, our pool maintenance company will visit to clean and service the pools.

• The gardener will arrive during the same time window to take care of the garden.

• Guests staying two nights or longer are kindly asked to monitor the pool water level and add water if necessary. Maintaining the proper water level helps the pump, filtration, and sanitation systems operate correctly.

Swimming Pool Safety

Guests are kindly asked to use the swimming pool with caution at all times. Children must be supervised by an adult. The guest assumes full responsibility for pool use, and the property is not liable for any accidents, including drowning.

Cleanliness & Waste Disposal

Please take care of your personal belongings. All rubbish must be disposed of in the designated areas before departure.

Pool Etiquette

Eating and drinking in the swimming pool is not permitted. The use of soap, shampoo, or any cleaning products in the pool is strictly prohibited.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and indoor areas of the property.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverages are not permitted anywhere on the premises.

Check-out Time

Guests are required to adhere to the stated check-out time. Late departures may result in a deduction from the security deposit.

Noise Policy

To ensure a peaceful environment, loud noise and the use of loudspeakers are not allowed inside or outside the unit. Guests are expected to respect neighbors and observe general quiet hours throughout the property.

Property Care & Responsibility

Guests are kindly asked to treat the property with care and respect throughout their stay. Any damage, loss, or additional cleaning required beyond normal use remains the guest’s responsibility.
