The property consists of three bedrooms, each equipped with three beds, a private bathroom, and a TV. It also includes a majlis/lounge with a 75-inch smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with all essential utensils, an oven, two refrigerators, and a microwave. Guests can enjoy two swimming pools for adults and children, a dedicated BBQ room, outdoor seating areas, and an external bathroom. The guest house is located directly on the beachfront. The sea-facing boundary wall features a panoramic design with vertically adjustable panels that can be opened or closed, allowing stunning sea views from inside the property. The entire courtyard is fully landscaped with artificial grass.

Swimming Pool Safety
Guests are kindly asked to use the swimming pool with caution at all times. Children must be supervised by an adult. The guest assumes full responsibility for pool use, and the property is not liable for any accidents, including drowning.
Cleanliness & Waste Disposal
Please take care of your personal belongings. All rubbish must be disposed of in the designated areas before departure.
Pool Etiquette
Eating and drinking in the swimming pool is not permitted. The use of soap, shampoo, or any cleaning products in the pool is strictly prohibited.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and indoor areas of the property.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
Check-out Time
Guests are required to adhere to the stated check-out time. Late departures may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
Noise Policy
To ensure a peaceful environment, loud noise and the use of loudspeakers are not allowed inside or outside the unit. Guests are expected to respect neighbors and observe general quiet hours throughout the property.
Property Care & Responsibility
Guests are kindly asked to treat the property with care and respect throughout their stay. Any damage, loss, or additional cleaning required beyond normal use remains the guest’s responsibility.
Security Deposit
Please note that the property may request from you a security deposit prior to check-in.
